Working Principle

The Compatible EROWA ITS100 Pneumatic Chuck  combines steelball zeropoint locating principle and pneumatic drive structure. Under 6bar compressedair input, internal air cylinder pushes mechanical components to release locking steel balls, so pallets can be loaded or unloaded; once air pressure cuts off, internal springpowered mechanism drives steel balls to lock locating spigot firmly, providing 6000N stable clamping force, repeat positioning accuracy keeps ≤2μm after repeated cycles.

Material Technology

Main body is made of anticorrosion stainless steel, key fitting surfaces go through hardening treatment and ultraprecision grinding. Air channels are internally milled, air ports can be connected from side or rear direction. Sealing rings are imported wearresistant material, reduce airleak risk under longterm cyclic operation.

Q2: What causes airleakage of pneumatic ITS100 chuck?

Worn sealing rings, dirt and chips entering airchannel, overpressure air supply are the topthree reasons. Do not use air pressure higher than 7 bar. Replace sealing parts periodically according to workshop working frequency.

Q3: Can I test sample before bulk order?
